Directions
Adults and children over 16, take one or two capsules with food in the morning. Alternatively take one or two capsules an hour before winding down for bed, with a small snack.
Do not exceed the recommend intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Safety sealed with printed outer shrink wrap and printed inner freshness seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.
